Phoebe completed her studies at Monash University and was admitted to practice in 2003 whilst working at Minter Ellison Lawyers in the project and corporate finance team. Phoebe has extensive experience in both government and private practice, having spent a number of years as a solicitor at the Child Protection Litigation Office of the Department of Health and Human Services. In that role, Phoebe found her passion for child support and gained extensive experience as a solicitor advocate, appearing in Victorian courts in a range of applications concerning parenting and child protection issues. In 2019, Phoebe successfully completed the National Legal Aid Independent Children’s Lawyer training programme, consolidating her commitment to vulnerable families and children.
Phoebe practices predominantly in children’s and family law matters and understands the pressures and sensitivities of family disputes. Phoebe approaches her work with professionalism and empathy. She is committed to providing responsive and honest advice to clients. Whilst committed to maximising her clients’ results, she is experienced at facilitating negotiated outcomes without protracted litigation.
