Rebecca understands the complexities involved in Family Law matters and will guide you through the legal process with compassion and diligence.
Having worked primarily in Family Law, Rebecca is highly skilled in this area of law and has a very strong eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of your case are handled with the uttermost skill that should be expected when dealing with matters as important as your children and assets.
As a mother herself, Rebecca understands the emotional effects that divorce and family separations can have on everyone involved and will work with you to try to resolve your matter as amicably and quickly as possible.
Rebecca has experience in all areas of family law including children’s matters, relocation cases, property division, divorce, spousal maintenance, child support, family violence and intervention orders, appearing at the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia and advising on alternatives to Court such as Mediation and Collaborative Law.
Rebecca is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court and High Court of Australia. Rebecca completed her Law degree at Macquarie University in Sydney and her postgraduate diploma in legal practice at the College of Law Melbourne.
When Rebecca is not working diligently on your matter, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends or heading away for weekends at the beach.
