With a career spanning over 20 years in family law, Dianne brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm and a unique, dynamic approach to a range of matters involving complex parenting and property issues.
Dianne has experience litigating multi-million dollar family law property settlements and estate matters in the Family Court of Australia and the Supreme Court. Dianne has also appeared regularly in Guardianship Applications before the Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Prior to establishing her own family law firm in Townsville, Dianne was a Barrister and Solicitor in Brisbane where she appeared predominantly in family law matters.
Dianne holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology, where she also lectured in Medico-Legal Law and tutored in Equity and Trusts and Administrative Law.
Outside of work, Dianne has played first division Hockey and loves going to museums, zoos, theatres and the Ballet. An avid bush-walker and mountain-bike rider, Dianne has also travelled across Africa and the Middle East.
